Our Programs
At BECOLIN, we take a holistic approach to addressing the diverse challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Our programs are designed to make a lasting impact in the following key areas:
- Health
We work to combat communicable and non-communicable diseases, with a particular focus on malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and maternal and child health. Our Roll Back Malaria Campaign has distributed thousands of mosquito nets, while our HIV/AIDS programs provide community-based care and education. - Environmental Sustainability
Through water and sanitation projects, we strive to reduce environmental degradation, improve access to clean water, and promote eco-system management. These efforts include building ventilated pit latrines in schools and providing clean water to rural communities. - Human Rights
We are committed to promoting gender equality and protecting the rights of vulnerable populations, including women, children, and people living with disabilities. Our campaigns against female genital mutilation (FGM) have successfully reduced the prevalence of this harmful practice in many communities. - Women, Youth, and Child Development
Our programs focus on empowering women, youth, and children by providing access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We offer support to widows, orphans, and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS. - Rural Development
We partner with national and international organizations to implement rural development projects, such as the FADAMA III initiative, which supports agricultural productivity and poverty reduction in underserved communities.
Our ongoing projects continue to focus on health, education, and social mobilization efforts that improve the quality of life for marginalized communities across Nigeria.
